Dream Event ("we," "us," "our") operates the dreamevent.ai website and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (or receive them from Google if you use Google Sign-In).
Event and planning content. When you use the Service, we collect the event details, preferences, brand guidelines, guest information, budget parameters, and other content you provide to generate and refine event concepts ("Your Content").
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We receive from Stripe your subscription status, plan type, and billing identifiers needed to manage your account.

The Service uses third-party AI models (currently provided by OpenAI) to generate event concepts, refine plans, and power the AI Event Designer. When you use these features, the content you provide (event details, preferences, refinement requests) is sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
OpenAI processes this data under their API data usage policy, which states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. We encourage you to review OpenAI's data usage policy for details.
We do not use Your Content to train our own AI models or any third-party models. Your event data is used solely to generate outputs for you within the Service.
