When you start a paid plan, you get 14 days free — no charge until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before then and you will never be billed. We send a reminder 3 days before your trial expires.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings any time. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your account returns to the Starter free tier — your event data is preserved.
A seat is a team member who can log in, create events, and collaborate within your organization. The account owner occupies one seat. Additional invitations consume additional seats up to your plan limit.
Nothing is deleted. All your event concepts, plans, and operations data are preserved. If you exceed the event limit of the lower tier, existing events remain viewable but you cannot create new ones until you upgrade again.
